Can blind people see their dreams?!
Question: NO. Unless they had sight (and the memory of seeing things) at some point then how can they "see" in their dreams?
For example, did you know what a lion looked like before you saw a photo of one? No, of course not. But once you've seen one, you have a visual memory of it so if you later become blind, you can still picture it in your mind & in your dreams.

If they've been blind all their life then they dream in sounds. If they went blind after seeing then they have regular dreams like everyone else.

Of course they can. People who are blind mean they cannot see with their eyes. You do not use your eyes to see your imagination.
How do you think people can play piano, or paint if they're blind? They have a mental image of what is in front of them. Why are people answering questions here if they don't actually know the true answer?
THE DUKE is correct I had a blind g/f and asked her that very question in high school she said she could see in her dreams because she lost her sight at age 6 but the only things she could see were the things she remembered like grass. sky and cotton candy and the county fair a couple other things too but can't remember what those things are a friend of hers who has been blind all his life only dreams in sound
believe it or not some of them can my step father has been blind all his life and he sees his dreams i find it amazing because i would never have thought that blind people could
