What do you consider easier...?!

Question: to deal with ambiguity (hints, hidden meanings that you have to interpret, no words but gestures) or too much directness from people?

Answers: to deal with ambiguity (hints, hidden meanings that you have to interpret, no words but gestures) or too much directness from people?

~ consider easier...
too much directness from people
I can easily just ignore or confront but with
dealing with ambiguity I am just thinking and
guessing what is or may not be, and it takes
me even longer to resolve that situation.

direct people

for me...
directness is always the easier way....

direct

I can't be bothered with ambiguity, if you've got something to say, say it.

too much directness. I hate interpreting gestures!

Brutal honesty is the way to go.....I hate smug SOBs who use veiled comments.

its easiest to follow your own heart

Well, because of someone in my past who was very ambiguous and as it turned out to be, also manipulative, I find it easier to deal with too much directness. Sometimes when people are vague with me, I don't know if they're joking or not, and it bothers me a little bit. I know it's not their fault, it's just the way my brain has been messed with...it takes a while for me to understand different people's ambiguities and to be comfortable with them because I was deceived in the past.

directness is easier

Definitely directness
Why beat around the bush?
I don't have patience...just want others to get to their point.

I like directness. When I was married, I went out with some friends, because my wife said, go. Have a good time. So I did. And when I got home, she was mad I went, and told me sometimes yes means no. Later that night I asked for make-up sex, and she said no, so I asked if that actually meant yes? That didn't go over so well.

I do not bother with either one.......dealing with humans are a pain in butt.........so I do not bother....

I can't deal with both extremes.
I can only understand people speaking clearly, simply, shortly.

Direct people are far more easy to deal with...

Those who need to be interpreted feel sometime as waste of energy, waste of effort, and waste of time...
(As interpreting some ambiguity might need even group of experts for "encrypting", and when several are wondering "hidden messages" of the one, then, even third degree interrogation might be better alternative...)

I always prefer directness. I don't know what you mean by 'too much.' :)
