Why can't you go to school to study to be a vet, and at the same time, sing in a band on the side. I don't see why you can't have a backup career, or even do both!
Go with being a vet and do the singing thing on the side...you never know, you may get discovered! And then you could bring your little pet patients to your shows--best of both worlds! Good luck in whatever you decide to do!

well lets face it. if you dont know someone, become a rockstar is next to impossible nowadays. so go with the vet thing. its a safe career and theres always a need for a good vet. not to mention its good money. and if you enjoy animals then thats a bonus too because you will enjoy your job. its the more logical and responsible path to choose. but you do what you feel is best for you. good luck. i wish you the very best.

Become a rock star for 10 years then save money to put yourself through vet school and become a vet.
it is your decision. I would go to school to become a Vet and on the side I would record and album and try to give to an agency and see what happens. never give up to what you want in life.

I vet is a more guaranteed career. You go to school and find a job. The veterinarian field is not over flowing with people. A rock star on the other hand, there are no guarantees that you will make it. But do what ever you think is better for you. You are the one who knows best :) Good luck
