I'd probably laugh it off and keep on going with the interview!
Would never happen to me...hate those fake nails.
But if I did.. I would ignore it and just go on with the interview.

I haven't had that happen, but the first time I got married I wore fake nails...one blew off and almost took the priest's eye out! I couldn't stop laughing!
pick it up and act like nothing is wrong.

...And then, if it's not already, put whatever bag or purse I have on the floor.
Then when it's time to leave pick the bag or purse up along with the fingernail...
Don't wear 'em, but if I did and that happened I would say oopsie, pick it up and put it in my mouth and chew on it and play with it with my tongue......
