I always pray all the time ,instead of thinking of unpleasant past I pray. I don't need to close my eyes and make a steeple with my hands even when I am driving I am praying. Most of my prayer is : Our Father Who Art In Heaven or I just say : Father protect me from any harm and danger, thank you Father for your Blessings.etc.etc.

I pray 3 or 4 times a day, not only when I need something, just to be thankful
I pray every night before I go to sleep, and if something bad happens, or if I am really thankful for something that just happens, I'll pray. Sometimes when I hear an ambulence siren I pray for the person who needs it. Or if I see a car accident, or watch the news and see something terrible happen to someone.
