first i knew of it was on the telly.i slept through it,apparantly it was 5.2 on the scale.

yes you know that the earth never stops moving so you know the earth always moves, god people don't just don't pay attention in class anymore do they.
I'm in the Midlands - went to sleep about 11.30 p.m. and didn't feel a thing.
The last one we had, centred on Dudley, I woke in the night to hear our morning tea cups rattling, thought "Oh! It's an earthquake" and went straight back to sleep!"
I slept right through it. Those with a clear conscience sleep soundly in their beds.

The earth always moves for me HA HA. But seriously that was kinda scary. You don't expect the ground to move all of sudden like that. Strangely, my partner who was in another part of the house did not feel a thing. I asked him "what was that?" and he said "What do you mean?"
