I like both, but if forced to choose I'd have to go with Ozzy.
Dude, Ozzy. Sabbath sucked after he left. Dio couldn't hold it together. Dio's solo stuff and his stuff with Rainbow is good, though.
I would have to go with Ozzy. Dio has an amazing voice but Ozzy is the man.

Ozzy for one reason, he'll do anything to entertain you. I prefer Dio's voice, but you know what he'll do in a performance whereas Ozzy will surprise you.
