0 Deviled eggs are the only way those things will ever be eaten. It's either ruin the kid's easter, or let him decorate eggs and have deviled eggs with his easter dinner.

I would die with out my deiled eggs, and I love to have peeps all year long...
I love Easter, so much so I got married on Easter and I am having my last baby on Easter..
So do not knock my Easter.. Oh did I mention my dad is named Bonifacio, and they call him Bunny, no lie, get the laugh out and go on, he is a Funeral Director, to boot.. Never a Service on Easter, for Jesus loves Easter...

I would say it all depends on HOW long ago they made them and HOW long did they sit out at room temp......theres been times where we colored the eggs the night before Easter and kept them in fridge and then hid them around the house when my son was really little- so they had only been out of the fridge 30 minutes or so -----so we did use them for potato sald. BUT I know what u mean- if they sit out for days- it could be really nasty and make u really sick too!
