What sharpens your taste buds?!

Question: What taste buds? The more this geographic tongue disease spreads across mine, the more of my taste buds that die :(

Honestly, if anyone knows of a cure or a remedy for this PLEASE tell me. I'm told there is no known cause for it and no known cure. It makes me sad that my tongue has a disease. Things don't taste like they used to.
