Nealy Headless nick is a pointless character, thrown in purely for laughs, and therefore he is the character that annoys me most...

Snape and McGonagall. They're both really funny with their witty remarks. I'd hate to have Snape as my teacher though. Worst - Dolores Umbridge hands down.

3. Professor McConagall would be my favorite, because she's the Head of Gryffindor & because I'd like to think that I'd do well in Transfiguration. Prof. Umbridge would be the worst, for obvious resons.
