Who will you never forget?!
Question: My Dad. He passed away 6 years ago and I still think of him many times each day. He was an amazing person. He had a way of always seeing the silver lining in any situation. No matter how bad things seemed he was always the ultimate optimist. He had a gregarious personality and never met a stranger. He never went to college but was the smartest man I ever knew. He always put his family above himself and proved that by making many choices in his life that benefited his family more than it did himself. Don't get me wrong, he was human and not perfect. He'd let you know if he was mad and occasionally was judgemental. But , he loved us. On his death bed he told me he wasn't afraid to die, but that he was afraid to leave all of us alone. He was right. Our family hasn't been the same since he left. He was our leader and we feel lost without him.
