A little girl that's almost 7 gets mad because her two Aunts don't want her to get out of the car with her mom because she usually causes trouble she gets mad and decides to go anyway, she THROWS a drink cup (you know the kind from McDonalds not the child portion but the medium) the lid comes off the coke hits everything in the car the driver and the ceiling of the new SUV the floor interior EVERYTHING, and heres the best part the SUV was brand new not even 3 weeks old! What would you have done? She knew better! If that kid had been mine, I'd have beaten her a*s, then she comes up there and goes "sorry" she wasn't sorry, she ruined that car! I mean it's completly ruined! It even hit the ceiling of the SUV.!

he just recently threw a toy at me while I was driving, it went right out the window
I don't play. At this age, the kids are old enough and do know better. As far as @ss kicking, he gets a good swift smack on the butt, followed by a time out. For what you're describing, the kid would've gotten a good one, and 2 straight days in their room, followed by extra chores around the house.

It isn't ruined. It can be washed off for crying out loud. But none the less. She would have been spanked.
I would say no more fast food ever and no more drinks in the car. I would take something of hers that she really likes and not give it back until a week at least. Grounding doesn't really do anything and beating a kid doesn't either.
make the parents pay for it and dont let that kid in your car again.

well for one spanking a child for wanting here mother will not solve anything, but you can try talking to her and as for the suv, there is a thing called carpet cleaner that works on ceilings of cars too besides it can all be cleaned up... and if it makes u feel better make the little girl help clean it!! and while doing that explain to her that she cant always have what she wants and if she does act right then next time she can go with mommy!!
She is too old to be doing that! (tantrums) I would have given her a spank on her wrist, but the truth is, it's NOT her fault, it's the parents fault for allowing their kids to have no respect for others property. People have to discipline their kids.

You are being mad at the wrong person...Your anger is better placed on those that raised her. Be angry with them, clean the SUV...send them the bill and re-evaluate if they should remain friends.
