No he wouldn't. Hemp lotion is all I use, it's great

Nope...and neither will you. The hemp used for products like that and the hemp that is marijuana are slightly different.I know you want to chug the lotion, but you'll just end up with a tummyache.
No, I don't think they would be selling it if you could get high from it. =)
