Question: i f-ed up my ankle and no i can't go anywhere or do anything except watch t.v. and play on the computer but i have noticed that when you can't do anything else the comp and tv get boring and now i don't know what to do any suggestions

umm...well tryy to put a warm towel or cloth on it and it might relax the muscle or something like that...i did the same thing when i broke my finger lol
