Do you tend to judge people...?!

Question: based on a single phrase they say? Or do you need a whole conversation to make an opinion?

Answers: based on a single phrase they say? Or do you need a whole conversation to make an opinion?

i'll die trying to understand someone before i'll ever condemn them.

Usually i judge people by what they say...and how they act...(in this city?) I'm hardly ever wrong about them(women in particular)

duh

No .............Who am I to judge? ..............

Depends on the phrase they say. If it's something offensive or racist I have a tendency to judge them harshly...

i need a whole conversation.
i try not to judge to much though.

Yes

How you commuicate with people tell's of your education level and your sense with human interaction..Whoa I sound smart LOL-

chucky

I have always had a horrible habit of judging people on sight. but over the last few years I am getting better at not doing that. I mean, I know better, I always have. It's just an old ugly habit.

I need an entire convo :)

no...but it definitely says a lot about them...I would want a conversation because it makes them open up more and feel more comfortable then I will know exactly what kind of personality they have :)

I don't like anyone unless I've known them for years.

I can usually tell what kind of person they are in a day or two. A phrase is too short for me, a conversation is too short too, after all everyone has bad days, some could be sad etc so I usually give it awhile before I make up my mind.

whole conversation

Not really... I don't usually judged a person because every person is somehow unpredictable and so, I have no right to judge... I guess..... >_<

i try and not to because as the saying you cant judge a book by its cover sometimes it is hard not to judge a person on the first conversation

Here on Y/A's I seem more likely to make a sweeping judgment, on a even a single word.
In retrospect if I find out more about them, I think I have been largely wrong.
I have learned some neat ways of biting my tongue.

There sometimes is a phrase that seems enough, but for the most that is not enough. Usually, you need some time and space and some engagement to augur your sentiments.

I try not to judge but at times the single phrase can be so full of hate and ignorance that I judge that person to be beneath contempt, I try to give them a second chance and they almost always prove themselves unworthy of it, why can't we progress past hate my friend
