some things it's ok to eat after the date - like veggies, cheese, pesto...
but meat and eggs have bacteria in them and you could get sallmonella if you eat those eggs

I'd try the 28/02 one's,
The best before date is just a guide and with eggs they always give it well before they go off.
Crack it into a cup first and smell it, a gone off egg stinks!

A good way to tell is to put them in some water, if they float they are off, if they sink they're ok.
go ahead gurl. i usually do. but if they smell when you open the shell, you'd better bin them tho
Crack the eggs seperately into a jug before adding them to any pan or recipe. If they are not good you will be able to tell by smelling them, if they stink...throw them away. If not they will be fine.
Best before means BEST before, not 'only good before'.

Personally, I wouldn't risk it. As others have said, eggs can be quite dodgy.
if you have stored them in your fridge I myself would add another week on there consumtion life, but if they are stored at room tempertaure then i wouldnt.
Dont forget the eggs are stored at room tempertaure in the supermarket and may remain there and not sold until the actual day they are best before.
Storing conumables at a lower temperature increases their life for consumtion.
Eat em and enjoy, boiled or fryed, poached or scrabled.
