I was just told that I am going to Hell for saying 'Live and let live'!!!
Question: A questioner on here asked yesterday...'Are there any Hindus in the UK who have found Christ?'
I responded 'Live and let live',received 7 thumbs-up...and the best answer.
The questioner gave me just 1 star for my best answer and said that I was on my way to hell.
I left a comment that I truly believe the ones who will burn in the eternal fires are those who judge as harshly as he does.
*sigh*

As a Christian, I am a strong believer in the Bible and in the Bible are Gods own words of "Judge not lest thou be judged". Unfortunately too many feel they have a need to judge other people and they really have no right. Live and let live can be often taken out of context as people can do whatever which often is not a good thing but if you take it from the point of view that you are not judging then it can be a good thing. Live and let live is right. It is strange. No one's going to hell because it doesn't exist.
I'd reccomend we all avoid hell, just avoid st.peters 'interviewee spot' if hes grasping a lever.
I see nothing wrong with your answer but find what the person said to you horrible, that is a very blinkered opinion and he/she needs to look at the whole picture.

Your answer is charitable and logical, I would block the person who told you you will go to hell.
religion are politics are touchy subjects some people like to ask the question "do you believe"and expect you to give the answer THEY want .......par for the course .. stick to your guns and give answers that are true to you .!!!!
