Nope, I am present and accounted for when the reality bell rings. I "do" spend a fair share of time in the fantasy land of day dreaming, but, when you are driving and the radio really bites that day, I turn it off and do the "if only" walk through the land of make believe. I wonder how much is too much?
No, I tend to stay focused on reality, but every now and then I do have a little fantasy like thoughts to escape reality when it becomes too much to deal with at that moment.
