People on the outside think that watching TV all day is to socialize.
I rather stay here and "yell" at atroll than watching the news and "yell" at the newsreader.
I go out and socialize every time I feel like. And when I don't too... I mean, I go to work everyday, I HAVE to socialize everyday.
But going back to your question, pople will never understand the appeal of P&S. They think that being stuck all day to the computer is not having a life. Even when your "virtual" life keeps you so busy that you don't have time to get you a "real" one.

I totally understand what you're saying. Just because we're not at a bar or somewhere like that, they think we're being anti-social. When in fact, we are probably being more social on here than alot of people do in person.
haha.thats what my sister says! we are definitely socializing. we talk to people every day,and its cool because they're people we dont even know yet they become our friends! haha. i seriously have met my best friend on here!! Lol shes cool....but anyways,they just don't get it because they never have tried to come on here or anything.They think it's dumb but its so great!!!! and fun! We're at home or school or work having tons of fun while they go on with their miserable lives MUAHAHAHA

Different people have different ways of socializing. As long as you're conversing with other people in a way that you like. To Hell with anyone else's opinions.
I like socializing online and I know a lot of really great people.
The internet opens you up to so many more people than going out to a singles bar or grocery store.
And unlike the outside, here you can completely avoid people you just don't like.

I like to socialise with the outsiders, for about an hour, then I get drained, but I can stay on here for hours and feel great, I hate pubs and clubs very boring, like to do what interests me, not what others think is interesting.
