Question: Smiling I learned releases endorphins which make us feel good even if our hearts are breaking. I have been accused by my Friends of being somewhat "strange" ( a nice way of saying "He is nuts") because I smile a lot , even when tragedy rocked the very core of my being. It is the mask I wear when I am sad so that I do not inflict my sadness on to others.

The police found me laughing hysterically when I was running around the IHOP naked at 2:25AM, so I guess the answer is yes.

...I never leave home without it...sometimes it's on my face in plain sight...other times, it's waiting for it's cue to appear...either way...it's always around and can be accessed in the "wink of an eye"
