Calling all diabetics! Pump survey/poll!!?!
Question: I'm supposed to be getting the pump later this month and I have a few questions. What kind of pump do you have or reccommend? Any likes or dislikes? Pros and cons? I'm thinking of getting the Minimed Paradigm 722 but I'm not really sure about it..... any comments on it?

I have the Minimed 722 and i love it. I dont have any problems using it. This is the only pump i have used.

what are u calling a pump ? the glucometer ? otherwise I haven't a clue !!
I had a mini med...
I had it for about six years.. I just got off it because it was annoying...
I'm now using the pens and they work sooo much better for me.
but if you do start the pump you should take lantus in the mornings...
Then you don't have to wear the pump alll day long, you can carry it in a purse..
plus if your pump runs out of insulin and your not home your not in trouble cause you can't get you basals... you just can't eat.
