Question: It never botherd me about which Trainers I wore for PE - we even wore pumps at Primary School, was it the same for you - not being botherd about which Trainers you wore?.

I preferred pumps to trainers. They still sell them in some shoe shops!
LOL used to be a big thing when I was at school and stuff hun x Stupid really now I think back but hey!
We wore pumps for PE at school, trainers didn't exist when I was a kid.
I prefer pumps
yeah we had those awful black ones when i was at primary secondary i didnt really do p.e spent most of the time bunking it off then if i got caught spent the time outside the head's office..hated our p.e teacher if ya werent good at it he made your life hell

Back in the early 60's and 70's we only had Plimsolls so it wasn't a prob for us !! We all had the same.
