Well! It should be LOVE but i think it could be fear.
All the crap that goes on in the world is due to fear and lack of understanding due to fear.
If you are talking about powerful in terms of being intense, then it has to be lust. Only lust makes you have a one night stand, have sex in places you shouldn't, and makes it hard to think of anything else other than the person you are lusting after.
If you are talking about longevity, then love wins. Lust is strong but short lived, love can last forever. There aren't many other things which can last a lifetime (if you are lucky enough to find the right person).
