Ultimately it is Vicodin, but I have a hard time convincing my doctor to give it to me. I get Ativan, which is choice number 2. I use up all of that pretty quick and go for DXM on a day to day basis. Alcohol is the fail safe at number 4 but I hate drinking because it makes me sick.
