I hope you are ok ...... beware of his charm ....... many people use this tactic to distract you from get the information you need to get from them, from you calling the police and reporting the incident, and from the fact that they have no insurance ........ never settle out of insurance ...... if they offer, it usually means trouble ...... call the police immediately ...... I have been rear-ended twice and both times young females flirted with me and one of them wanted to pay me out of pocket since she had no insurance ....... and I said to her "if you can't afford insurance, how can you afford paying the thousands of dollars in damage to my car?" ....... she of course had no response ....... I then called the police ...... = )
