I used to think that often, until I realized 'they' did not exist out there. Next I realized that if they weren't out there wondering if I was crazy for what i was thinking, 'they' must be in my mind. Knowing what my mind was like, then I knew 'they' must be crazy for residing there. Finally l could relax in the knowledge that craziness was relative to the viewpoint.
