Question: What do I do to console The Love of My Life now that he is getting divorced???? He was & is one of my best friends.
He just told me via email that she cheated for years. And gee, I wondered why she was not with him during the wedding rehearsal dinner. YES, I was there! That was the last time he said, "(me), I love you!"
OH, and he has two beautiful children.

I would make sure i was a friend for him to talk with...and maybe you two may develop into something... Have you 2 ket in contact? maybe you and he will work it out to be happy together, and maybe having a family dinner for him and his children sometimes...maybe a picnic...But basically be there for him...
