nope actually i dont. what if your mother just died??? can you MAKE yourself be happy? NO not really not inside your sad and there is nothing you can do at the time.
I think that could go both ways... what we do affects our happiness but some things are out of our control, like a death in the family or a bully doing something unbelievably mean. Or something like that, we can only control our own actions not our surrounding ones for the most part.
