Why can't I miss people? Is it normal not to?!
Question: Do you ever miss people.. like if your best friend goes away.. like is it a normal thing to miss people -- Gah! Sorry I'm trying to make this concise just I don't even know what I'm asking; I just want to know if it's normal not to miss people. Also I don't feel that bad if I hurt peoples feelings or if I end friendship with somebody... is that normal?

You have attachment disorder and probably developing narcissistic. No..you are not normal.

I have the same problem. I don't know if it's normal or not, but I haven't seen my father and stepmother for months, my brother or sister, nieces or nephew for years, and the only one I miss is... my dog! I lost contact with my two best friends from high school (who were also both bridesmaids at my wedding) and I never even remember them. But if my husband walks out the door for half an hour I miss him. I don't know why, but it makes me feel very guilty and shallow sometimes that I just don't miss people!
Who gets to define what is normal or not normal? I'd say it's unusual maybe.
