No, I'd grab two handfulls of excrement, open my mouth, catch as much of the vomit as possible, spit it back in their face, and then throw the two handfuls of excrement into their eyes.
Sorry, that was disturbing. I guess I wouldn't duck, as there's more bacteria in excrement than vomit, which is more acidic.
