Do you consider...?!

Question: your deep sensitivity an advantage or rather a sign of your frailty as a human?

Answers: your deep sensitivity an advantage or rather a sign of your frailty as a human?

...it can be both...however, I feel I have the upper hand on my sensitivity most of the time and use it to spread my wings and fly...as an example, one of my favorite writers, Robert Frost, was a sensitive person throughout his life...one only has to read his journal entires and poetry to see just how he spun sensitivity to wonderful use often rising above the world's trials or penning them in order to deal with them...I have found him to be one of my favorite mentors...I don't possess his genius, but I can appreciate the zest he had for life

advantage..it makes me sympathetic and i understand people's problems better.

i go for the sign of frailness being a human....we all have feelings...thats what makes as unique and humane :)

well at times it is an advantage because I am able to tune into someones pain, but a frailty because I get hurt often.

Advantage, except when I start crying in public places (only happens rarely).

I consider my sensitivity to be part of who I am for better or worse and believe me I have seen it go either way. The thing is that I would not be myself without it.

On many occasions, the sensitivity lightens my purse but it is nothing compared to the immense pleasure that I get in being able to help someone in need. It is certainly an advantage.

It depends on what we are dealing with....
In case our sensitivity meets sensitive people, situations we can tenderly handle efficiently, enjoying Nature's wonders, make us open to others' hearts, than it is advantage.

There are times, our sensitivity is a dagger pointing to our heart. Then , it is our frailty as a human.

I'd rather risk that dagger than feel secure without being sensitive.

it is my disadvantage to the haters, they see it as weakness

Think of the advantages: You will so feel more, and so are more. If you feel pain, the frailty is that more. Feeling more is the subtle esteem of a enlightened person.
