Usually not. Even if physically they are "hot", just the fact that they are that self centered and conceited to go around telling everyone would make them that much more unattractive!
In most cases - especially here - they are indeed "that hot". It also helps if they are kind and nice - two things I wish that you would consider little miss hateful britches.
