Life is actually very short and it can only consist of what YOU make it to be. So put that bottle down and get down to some positive thinking. You will soon feel better and realize that you don't have all that long to take advantage of all the wonderful things life offers.

Man, life flies by like a jetliner in the sky. One day you are 9 year-old in DisneyLand with the folks, the next you are 45. Find some spiritual meaning in life. Talk about your feelings, your desires, dreams, hopes, fears. All humans share these common aspects, as different and unique as we may seem. Life is truly a blessing-- Each breath of air you inhale and each second spent alive is a gift that can never be relived. You are yourself, alive in this world, and you can do anything, create anything, influence anyone, fall in love, travel, learn, make a difference in just ONE person's life that could change them forever. Man, you gotta get on this train, because the one your on is headed off the tracks. Start by writing down everything you are thankful for. And really look deep into the depths of your soul. Good luck
Life is long cause it gives you a better chance to contribute something to society which is the main reason of existence of mankind... to build a society and allow each individual contribute something to it to further the advancement of mankind till the day the earth ends... as for playing in traffic... if you're wanting to die find a different way... there's no reason to damage someones car or possibly injure someone else just because you've yet to find your calling... I recommend a tall tree and a short rope or swim with the fishes... they are easier to clean up anyway.
From reading some of your other questions, yes you should definitely go play in heavy traffic.
