I would share the worlds food supplies better to end famine and hunger
A world without hate.
Eradicate pirates!!
A world without violence.
That everyone kept their Religion to themselves.
And not try to force there's on others.
I would change the compassion people have(or don't) for the elderly and poverty stricken
i would make every one the same color.
It's that runaway satellite that is coming crashing in to the world. It will have an impact. I would paint it green so that it would blend in with the environment. Thank you.

I tried to think of one thing that could improve the world, and most of the things I came up with wouldn't have much effect without a few thousand other things.
If I can't use my "one thing" to kill every person then I'd use it to destroy the planet. Preferably in a flashy, explosive way.
