Yes, I have. I had been out clubbing one night, and as I was leaving, so was another man. He jumped into a cab of a semi that was parked around the corner from where I was parked. I could not believe he was going to drive his rig as intoxicated as he had seemed in the bar. I called the 1-800 number on the back of the truck and reported him.They took my cell phone number and called me back the next day. They said they had sent someone out to investigate, and "the drunk" was no longer employed.I felt bad that he lost his job, but I feel I might have saved a life by getting him off the road that night.
