When i lived in an apartment, i would stay up and laugh my head off with my gf. The dude made more noise than she did, it was hilarious.
It would depend on which neighbor. If it was the older odd looking single guy next door then it would gross me out. If it was the normal looking couple who we're friends with that also live next door but on the other side it might turn me on.

my next door neighbour is 85 years old. she has never been married or had kids. luckily she is deaf as me and hubby are very active in that department. if i did hear her i would think "GO GIRL" better late than never!!!!
I'm pretty sure neither of my neighbours have sex. One sits at home and drinks beer and watches TV all day and the other one is pretty old so no. I don't think I'd care if I heard either of them have sex. I'd just turn up the TV if they got lucky.
I think it is absolutely the most disgusting thing I have ever heard! But I usually just end up doing something really arrogant afterwards to p*ss them off....like vacuum at 11:30 at night, or play my music extra loud for them!
