What are we left with if we can't express ourselves?!
Question: A wise person once told me that it is very important to express ourselves, as otherwise pressure builds up and can get us out of tune. But we don't have to express to those who are blocked to us or if it would make things worse to express to them. So we express either to others who are open, or we can find ways to express internally, with no one being able to block or judge that. A variation on this is that often when we express our thoughts, impulses and moods, these things are not 'of ' our 'Self', if they are superficial ripples in the mind/body. To feel our actual self, and express the light and wholeness from there, is never binding. Good question.
