Define real. Even if they're man-made, they still feel great, taste good, and give so much pleasure. They can also double as flotation devices. If they were your size and fake they'd be considered a little eccentric ;-))
I like my inflate-a-mate cause she looks like you. Besides she has a beer holder built in her head.
The only time a cheap imitation is better is when using lemon juice in an Aussie Slinger.... you don't need to use fresh lemon juice in that case... "ReaLemon" is perfectly acceptable, maybe even preferable...
