Answers: My friend takes sainsbury carrier bags to aldi so her neighbours don't know she shops at aldi.

nope...I dont care what ppl. think.
My family is eating and enjoying it soooooooooo

Certainly not

Yes and i hate the food there as well

No, I like some of the stuff from Lidl much better than from Sainsbury's or Tesco. In fact, my dog will only eat the mixer from Lidl - he turns his nose up to pedigree chum or winalot! Although he does eat chum or winalot meat! He's dead fussy!

That's just stupid, but at least she's recycling her carriers lol

Aldi never been to but Lidl is not so bad. It has good food and my mum takes dif. bags cos they charge for a stupid little plastic bag everytime you go in. Ridiculous

i go to lidl for bottled water as it is so much cheaper than tesco or sainsburys !!

That's a little stupid She's just buying food not anything illegal

No I buy the nappies there they are better than pampers or huggies. I was caught short without any one day and lidal was the closest shop so I brought some from there and they are the best I have tried.

No I am not there are some good bargains to be had at Lidl plus you can get cheap drink.

If that shop has what I need in it, then whats the problem.
Tell your friend,I SAID SHES A SNOT (snob)

Nope..not embarrassed in the slightest!

You have to take your own bags anyway as they charge 5p for a small bag

Absolutely not, I love Aldi, great for bargains, I'm not a snob and don't give a hoot who sees my carrier bags from Aldi, my hubby's niece does the same as your neighbour, how sad.

No hun x Needs must and all, whats to be embarrassed about!

Definitely not. Perhaps I used to be but not any more. The price of food has rocketed in the likes of Tesco - I keep as far away as possible.

Aldi are top quality at low prices especially at the mo with their fruit and veg. Also - the majority of it comes from Ireland, so not a million miles a way.

As for the carrier bag "hoohar" what's going on at the minute. You never see an Aldi plastic bag in the park or bushes because you have to pay for them. You see they have had it "right " from the beginning, Aldi have always said "there is no such thing as a free bag" and it's true.

So, for me I would say to you, : give it a try, I promise you will see the first difference in your pocket. Then the amount of shopping you have bought - and the quality of your fruit & veg will last longer. They LIKE you to take your own bags, no matter where they are from!.........GO FOR IT---you will be suprised.....xxx

I couldn't tell you where my butler instructs the servants to shop for me ......

Don't go to either, I have been to Netto though.

We only have a Lidil's here , No I don't get embraced why should I.

never done it. I go to Tescos and M&S for my groceries

there used to be an aldi where i lived, but i never shopped there. Wish i did when i actually went into the place
