Of course non-Americans are entitled to an OPINION. No one can be barred from forming their own opinion, no matter what the subject. If you mean, should they have a direct input in American politics via voting, then no.
Yes. I am British and our foreign policy and economic policy is closely interwoven with what happens over the pond. Our troops are in Iraq and Afghanistan after American led invasions. For what it's worth, I agree with Afghanistan but not Iraq.
You can't be the major influence in world affairs and expect none Americans not to voice an opinion on your politics. You can't have it both ways.
well, maybe not an opinion that actually counts, but maybe a country poll where you only voted if you wanted to or cared, cause we get enough coverage about it in the papers and online. then only the nations like Australia&NZ, Asia, Europe Africa, Russia, South America could be just tallied up as an idea of who the whole world thinks would make the better president because australia is becoming american like more and more, i dont think thats a bad thing, i love america and im defs going to visit one day!
