Question: i have just bought a juicer and blender and have just started a healthy eating plan combined with exercise to help tone up and lose weight before my wedding in august and would really love to know some juice/smoothie recipes with detox or any other health benefits. many thanks xx

Peel some carrots, throw em in the juicer, drink.
Nectarines and strawberries. If you feel naughty add a splash (or big glug) of white rum. Ahhhhhh Who needs to detox, try RE-tox, hic!
Carrot , Apple, Celery, and Blood Oranges...try it. Enjoy...thank me later.
My husbands favourite juice is Granny Smith apples and carrots - sounds weird I know, but it's gorgeous.

try this one fruit&veggie shake galore:carrot,apple,mango,grapes,cellery... and milk,ice cubes.
Just a tip that I have used in the past: Save the pulp after juicing, freeze it and use it for baking. We store it in freezer bags in 2-cup amounts, then thaw it to use in cake and bread recipes.
What ever fruit juices you like, add a little carrot or celery. They are hardly noticeable in flavor, and add to the nutrients of fruits.
