Try Sinapore chow mein (hot and spicey), or sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style.
Chicken chop suey.
chicken and broccolli or general sows chicken or vegatable lo mein. \those are my favorites and now I am hungry for chinese and I think i will get it tonight for dinner too!
IF YOU WANT TO TRY NEW DISHES, I RECOMMEND GOING TO A BUFFET WHERE YOU CAN EXPERIENCE SEVERAL DIFFERENT DISHES TO DISCOVER WHICH ONES YOU LIKE OR NOT.
I LOVE LO MIEN, SESAME CHICKEN, LEMON CHICKEN, PEPPER BEEF, BROCCOLI BEEF, EGG DROP SOUP AND SHRIMP FRIEND RICE.
spicy mongolian beef-- my all time favorite.
Try crispy fried beef - usually shredded and either in salt or in a sweet sticky sauce. Tangy, crunchy and moorish! Or try Yuk shun which is served with lettuce leaves. It's a tasty pork and vegetable mix with crunchy bits of water chestnut. Just really really tasty!
Sorry, but Mr. Lee Wong Chew said he was busy tonight.
dunno!
Prawn dumplings.
Try Hot and Sour, crab and sweetcorn or tofu soup, grilled pork dumplings with ginger in Rice Wine vinegar to the side, eels in black bean syrup is nice, but even the really expensive restaurants near me use tinned (boo!), do not order the sweet and sour pork balls or chicken as it is just gristle in batter in a ketchupy sauce, try vegetable spring rolls, egg fried rice, foo yung is good especially with prawns or crab, Satay is really good, if they do "House Special" Chop Suey, curry or Chow Mein it is normally good, Kung Po (sometimes Kun Pow etc) is good if you like spicy and one of my favourites of all is Singapore style noodles whether fried or boiled, Crispy duck with iceberg lettuce or pancakes and hoisin or even plum sauce, poached seabass in ginger and garlic or black pepper, lobster in sticky sauce, anything (but especially thinly sliced steak) in special XO sauce (sometimes called Hong Kong style), I know this is a lot to choose from but Chinese food rocks, it is so falvoursome and delicious.
