Well, it looks closer to a bleu cheese.
It tastes like ancient dirt and astronaut boots.
Do you remember the gym teacher's assistant in Porky's the movie? She loved dirty gym sock smell. Ew. I hope the flavor is more like an excellent gorgonzola.
