"Don't worry, those repair men will be outta the way before we take off!"

'BOMB!"

"aw crap, not again!"

"There's no filangies!"

Hooray for Friends :)

this is your captain speaking, we are experiencing 100mph crosswinds, but f*** it, we are gonna take off anyway

"Holy ****!"

We had a small fire in one engine....but it's o. k. They put it out before it hurt anything.

Is that cable supposed to be broken?

Sorry about the delay .... it will be a little while before (insert explanation here).

"Attention passengers, I had a long night of partying, and I'm trying to drink off my hangover so please keep it down".

uh-oh

"This is your Captain speaking. I may be drunk, but I DO still have a license to fly this bag of rusty bolts."

"We are not clear for take off due to weather conditions" - Which has happened to me. We sat on the runway for over 2 hours. We took off and it was the most frightening flying experience ever! : )

Their is technical

Never mind the intercom.

A few yeas ago, I was flying out of Hawaii. The aircraft started it's take off run. All of the sudden, about half way down the runway, the plane engines reverse, brakes full on and the plane comes to a fast halt. A bunch of ground crew vehicles come running out towards us and the stewardess comes around closing our little window visors.

About 15 minutes later, the plane started again and we were off. No intercom announcement or anything. Just plane go, plane stop, something happening, plane go again.

Based on the sounds we heared, I think it was either fuel or hydraulic related. I definitely heard pumps being used so it had to be putting some sort of fluid in. Maybe the crew realized only one of the tanks was full or one of the flaps didn't go down when it should have and the pilot aborted the take off. I don't know but I have my suspicions.
