My regeneration wasn't good at all
I was awake most of the night so I managed to regenerate briefly this morning until 10am
from ;last eight years i got up at sharp 5 A.M disregarding my sleeping time, without missing a single day.
5:45 and i had to, coz get to go to work and avoid Traffic ...
7 am, same most days
about 10 lol
6.15am UK time.I wanted to go out early for a walk.
i couldnt sleep after 4 am so i just sat in bed for two hours then slept at 6 30 and woke up at 8 45 lol

4.30am UK time. I had my breakfast at 5am and my lunch at 10am. Being hugely pregnant ain't fun, i'll try and have a nap soon :)

Went to bed at 7am & got up at 3pm.
6am UK time.I had no choice.Had to be at work at 7am.
I forgot to set my clock ahead for Daylight Savings Time...so, although my clock said 10:15am, it was actually 11:15am...and the days half over...damn...(NW Missouri, USA)
