Is it fair to spay or neuter pets?? i mean how would u feel if some1 did that to!

Question: no it isnt..

Answers: no it isnt..

But you have to do it because Bob Barker said you do, you need to control the pet population. lol

Yes, it should be done. I suggest volunteering at any animal shelter and you may change your mind.

yes it is fair if people didnt do it then even more animals would be put to sleep daily at shelters

Well, it's a good thing to control feral animal populations without natural preditors. It's a matter of a comparing sending unwanted pets to shelters to be destroyed opposed to attempting to control breeding. Many people ingnore homless pets. Some people ignore homeless people.

"" The Shelter Dog

Approximately 8 million to 12 million companion animals enter animal shelters nationwide every year, and approximately 5 million to 9 million are euthanized (60 percent of dogs and 70 percent of cats). Shelter intakes are about evenly divided between those animals relinquished by owners and those picked up by animal control. These are national estiamates; euthanasia differs from state to state.

According to the National Council on Pet Population Study and Policy (NCPPSP), less than 2 percent of cats and only 15 to 20 percent of dogs are returned to their owners. Most of these were identified with tags, tattoos or microchips.

Five out of ten dogs in shelters and seven out of ten cats in shelters are destroyed simply because there is no one to adopt them. ""

Of course it's fair. It may sound like not such a good thing, but it's a far cry better than to have to put animals down because there are too many, and that's exactly what would happen if you didn't control it.

There is a big difference between someone spaying or neutering their pets and someone spaying or neutering people without their consent. Humans have the ablitity to consciencely control the number of offspring they conceive. Animals on the other hand have no control over the number of offspring they have. So in order to keep the animal shelters from almost busting at the seems with stray homeless dogs and cats, we have to spay and neuter them. It's curel yes but so is killing animals because there isn't enough room for them in the shelters anymore.
