Yes. Because some, especially in high levels, prefer to hide they received some VN. . I don't know why...
I don't think so. There are many people , who have answered NO. I think they don't realise their rights . There are many Kinds of violations and every one some how has affected form it
I got two the other day for not being a question or an answer. But I appealed and got one back. So you have to be careful how you answer which I keep forgetting to do. It has to be an actual answer and not a comment cos the trolls who take this so seriously watch for that and report you.
