Serious question this time: at work we have a bully boss whom I have reported ok!

Question: But one of the new girls told me on Friday that she has started on her, should I tell our line manager or just stand by my advice to her which was report her yourself, but it takes courage and hurt and I think she may leave which is a pity as she is so good at her job and brilliant with the public. I make it a policy not to interfere but I feel so sorry for her. Please advise what you would do or have done in the past. Thanks a lot guys. xx

You both need to go higher up the chain ......Bullying is not acceptable in any walks of life now and more so the work place.

A boss probably isn't the one you'd wanna snitch on. Good luck keeping your job.

tell her to speak up. she needs to go to a boss over that one that is messing with her. if that does not work then she needs to call a fed orginazation that can help. like the
ACLU or your local state OSHA.
if you had a UNION then they could help but it sounds like you dont, becouse if you did then you wouldent have this problem.
good luck.

don't snitch on your boss unless you have a LOT OF PROOF and people to back you
