Now that time is pushed forward how are you dealing with Monday?!


Question: I was up at 4:30 am and I still cant get it together and im at work now 1 hr.. how can I get moving? is it psychological? Thats what im thinking..

im on spring break so i basically have nothing to do i went to the hospital this moring, cus mymom had to get a surgury , than got dropped off at home just waiting for her to call. im with my brother and all hes been doing is playing x-box all moring. Pretty boring actually cant wait for march break to be OVER. <3

I think it is physiological too - I suffer every year, wish they would stop changing the time. I had to get up at what my body thinks is 4:30.... hate it!!

yeah, it's all a mind thing. your body is programed to be up at a certain time. so once the time changes, it's like u wake up an hour earlier, or an hour later. but in on reality, you're getting up at the same time. it'll take you a day or two to get adjusted..

i dont know i just know that i am really really really tired!!!!!!
