I am 36 and still wear plaits and always get compliments. I think it is fine if you have the face/clothes to pull it off.

It really depends on their hairstyle...but I'd probably just laugh.
If they can pull it off, good for them. If not, I think the same thing as I would about anyone with a bad hairstyle. Either way, there isn't much you can do about somebody else's hair, so I don't give it more than a cursory thought.
it depends what decade they went to high school in...
cause 50's hair style was like the bop ( which is totally in right now)
60's was just like straight down (which many girls do that)
70's was pretty much the same
NOW 80"s hairstlyes were horrible... so if they have the 80's look they NEED to change it ..that goes for the men too MOLETS are SOOO NOT COOL!
It's a little creepy. I guess it depends on the hair style but it's ok to want to look younger then you are. 5-8 years younger max probably. high school is a bit far back.
It depends on what kind of hair style it is.
I have more of a problem with their butch haircuts. I don't know why they try so hard to look like their husbands.
